70cc 43.5mm kit for Sachs 504 and 505 engines. Includes cylinder, head, gaskets, angled intake, piston, wrist pin, wrist pin clips, rings, m6 hardware and a set screw for blocking off the decomp. This uses the long thread ES plugs, so be sure to grab a couple of those for tuning. Unlike other Sachs kits this one has a removable head so that you can get your squish and spacing perfect. In spite of the slightly smaller displacement, this kit generally makes more power than the Athena 70cc piston-port kit. The power increase will put a little bit of extra strain on your transmission, so we'd recommend upgrading your Sachs clutch discs as well. The included intake is intended for use with a stock square Bing carb, but people have managed to get other carbs to fit with some tweaking This kit will work with either Sachs crank stroke length (42mm or 4mm stroke), though it makes substantially more power when paired with a long-stroke Sachs crank like the TOP Racing Evolution crank.
