We had a couple of these euro flatreeds imported from Spain.

This engine spins well but is missing the top end!
It does have some nice features like:

-6 roller
-Electric start magneto and cdi
-Euro style cases which use a different swingarm than U.S. motors
-Good condition pulley cheeks
-Un-restricted intake port
