All sales are final. This includes shipped/online sales, all in-store sales and our complete restored moped sales.

That being said, we want to make sure that you are happy with your purchases and we are willing to work with you on exchanges and returns on a case-to-case basis. If you are not pleased with something you bought let us know via email. You can follow this link here to do that. Just select "returns" from the drop down and be on your merry way. Don't just send stuff back. We can work out the return/exchange together but we gotta know what packages are flying in and out of the mothership.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us right away. We inspect every part before we put it in the box and send it out, but in the off chance that you received something from us that's just broke we will cover the cost of return shipping. Otherwise, if you ordered the wrong part you gotta cover the shipping, sorry duder! Make sure you read through the descriptions and do your homework!

After we determine what's going on with your order we'll either issue a refund or a store credit and there will be much rejoicing.
